Hortense Lutz-Hermellin

With an academic background in political science (Strasbourg, Nuremberg, Paris) with a focus on European studies, Hortense has gained a global expertise on European policies, programmes and funding for both innovation stakeholders and public authorities. First as a consultant and later as a policy officer in public administration, her experiences included EU project management, information and support to stakeholders and implementation and evaluation of EU programs (INTERREG, EFSI, Horizon 2020…).

She has taken since September 2017 a new responsibility has the Head of Regional Office of Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in Brussels.
